Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Regional and corporate marketing programs that build brand equity, drive store traffic, stimulate line and product sales, drive the ideal customer experience and meet company objectives for operational excellence in all distribution channels. Responsible for serving as the first point of contact for an assigned market area and managing project management, communication and implementation of marketing strategies and programs in a specific geographic region.Communicates marketing and brand strategies to field sales leaders, field engineering, Care Center, and other groups to ensure their understanding.Partners with various functional teams, primarily the sales channel, to deliver on the organizations marketing and brand strategies.Serves as the local market expert through time spent in the field understanding the market, competitive issues and gaining feedback from leaders and associates.Serves as the local voice of the customer and front line associate, providing key frontline and customer inputs to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and the RSO Marketing Group.Acts as the first point of contact and directs local market support for marketing initiatives including all promotions, products, pricing, retention campaigns, program communications, market transitions and market launches.Serves as a merchandise consultant to the field.Manages Field Marketing annual budget requirements and manages to actual budget parameters.Supports the Sponsorship and Events Manager by helping coordinate the resources, staffing, media and other materials necessary to ensure the successful execution of sponsorships and events.Partners with Regional Advertising Manager to understand and communicate media buy for all forms of media; coordinates local advertising efforts, radio remote events and direct mail campaigns.Creates and executes locally developed marketing programs (i.e. volunteerism, local PR Agencies and quarterly business planning) to meet established goals.
